PRIMERA. – Todo el contenido del presente es considerado por su titular como CONFIDENCIAL. El lector y receptor está enterado, sabe y se compromete a NO COMPARTIR O DIVULGAR LA INFORMACIÓN aquí contenida en ningún momento. De igual forma, GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY se compromete a no hacer uso de esta bajo ninguna circunstancia sin la autorización expresa del Cliente.
SEGUNDA.- GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY ha sido creado con el fin de brindar servicios fotográficos, así como para la comercialización de manuales para la elaboración de sets fotográficos.
TERCERA. – Asimismo, los manuales mencionados anteriormente de GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY se encuentran publicados en la página oficial de la misma, así como los costos por dichos manuales. Es importante mencionar que existen a la venta diferentes tipos de sets, por lo que los manuales serán comercializados de manera individual y estos contendrán la información relativa para la elaboración de cada set en particular.
CUARTA.- GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY se compromete a entregar al cliente, de manera inmediata una vez realizado el pago, el/los manual(es) que éste último haya adquirido. Dichos manuales han sido realizados bajo el más alto estándar de calidad, mismo proceso que fue implementado para la creación de los sets fotográficos de GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY. Por lo que al seguir los procesos descritos en el manual, así como el uso de los materiales sugeridos, el Cliente obtendrá el resultado esperado.
QUINTA.- Para solicitar y comprar cualquier set fotográfico que se ofrece en GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY, será únicamente a través de la siguiente página oficial https://gogaphotography.com donde se podrá seleccionar el set de interés del Cliente, y una vez aceptado el costo, se deberá realizar el pago total correspondiente. Una vez reflejado el pago, en automático, el cliente podrá descargar el manual que haya seleccionado en formato PDF para su uso.
SEXTA.- En GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY contamos con un único método de pago el cuál será a través de tarjeta de crédito y/o débito bancarias.
Es importante considerar que todos los pagos causarán IVA, misma cantidad que será agregada al precio final. El cliente podrá solicitar factura a través de la página web oficial una vez generado el pago, y hasta el último día del mes en que haya realizado su compra.
SÉPTIMA.- El manual de GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY consiste en una serie de instrucciones en donde se recopilan los aspectos esenciales para lograr el armado de un set fotográfico en particular. El manual de GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY, NO incluye material para el armado y elaboración de dicho set. Es así,
que dicho manual servirá de guía para que el Cliente cuente con las especificaciones necesarias y en su caso, de manera independiente pueda elaborar el set fotográfico.
El Cliente reconoce que el producto que está adquiriendo es única y exclusivamente relativo al armado del set de fotografía, por lo que la Empresa no es la responsable de la edición de fotografías, iluminación del set, o cualquier otro tipo de producto ajeno al que comercializa. Por lo anterior, el Cliente reconoce que al hacer su compra, únicamente le será entregado la serie de instrucciones para el armado del set.
OCTAVA. – GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY es el único titular de los derechos de propiedad intelectual correspondiente a los manuales que comercializa, por lo que el Cliente reconoce y acepta que en no hacer mal uso de dichos manuales, ya que son única y exclusiva propiedad de GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY, éste último llevará el control de los Clientes quienes hayan adquirido los manuales, por lo que sus productos son intransferibles a terceros.
El Cliente acepta y reconoce lo siguiente:
- Únicamente podrá hacer uso personal del manual que adquirió a través de la página oficial de internet de GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY y no podrá compartirlo con terceros ni personas ajenas a él.
- No divulgará ni dará a conocer en ningún tiempo, durante o después de haber adquirido el manual, directa o indirectamente a cualquier persona o empresa, ningún conocimiento o información que haya adquirido del manual.
- No divulgará, explotará, comercializará, reproducirá o registrará la información confidencial de los manuales, ya que son propiedad absoluta de GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY así como aquella información o datos considerados por GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY de manera enunciativa más no limitativa, como secretos industriales o comerciales, derechos derivados de cualquier clase de propiedad industrial o intelectual, información comercial, así como cualquier otro tipo de información que no sea del dominio público.
NOVENA. – Los manuales que comercializa GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY contienen información respecto al proceso y guía para la elaboración de los sets fotográficos, mismos que contendrán la información de las medidas, y materiales que deberán ser utilizados, sin embargo, es importante mencionar que no todos los materiales se podrán encontrar a nivel nacional, pues existen algunos provenientes de Estados Unidos de América. De igual manera, el Cliente deberá considerar que el manual fue realizado en el año en el que GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY creó dicho set en particular, por lo que puede darse el caso en los que ciertos materiales ya no se encuentren a la venta, por lo anterior, se sugieren diversas opciones de materiales para utilizar en el set. Por otro lado, los costos de los materiales necesarios para el armado de los sets fotográficos podrán variar dependiendo el proveedor y de los cuales GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY no tendrá responsabilidad y/o ganancia alguna.
DÉCIMA.- Como se mencionó anteriormente, los manuales de GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY contienen las especificaciones necesarias para que a través de dicha guía el Cliente pueda realizar el set a través
de sus proveedores de manera independiente, sin embargo, es responsabilidad del Cliente contratar a personas capacitadas y especializadas para cada trabajo. Por lo anterior, GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY se deslinda en su totalidad de cualquier tipo de responsabilidad que pueda derivar de los proveedores independientes de cada Cliente, de cualquier situación derivada del armado del set fotográfico, así como de cualquier set que haya sido armado sin seguir las instrucciones del manual al pie de la letra y/o haya realizado alguna modificación al proceso indicado en el manual.
DÉCIMA PRIMERA.- Una vez realizado el pago correspondiente por el Cliente, no se aceptarán cambios y/o devoluciones respecto a la compra de los manuales ofrecidos por GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY, lo anterior para garantizar su buen uso, ya que al realizar el pago, automáticamente se descargará el manual correspondiente al set fotográfico seleccionado.
DÉCIMA SEGUNDA.- Una vez realizado el pago, el Cliente acepta los términos y condiciones descritos en el presente documento, por lo que reconoce que le serán aplicables una vez iniciado el proceso de compra.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FIRST. – All content herein is considered by its owner as CONFIDENTIAL. The reader and receiver is

SECOND.- GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY has been created in order to provide photographic services, as
well as for the commercialization of manuals for the elaboration of photographic sets.
THIRD. – Likewise, the previously mentioned GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY manuals are published on its
official page, as well as the costs for said manuals. It is important to mention that there are
different types of sets for sale, so the manuals will be marketed individually and they will contain
the information related to the preparation of each particular set.
FOURTH.- GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY undertakes to deliver to the customer, immediately after
payment, the manual(s) that the latter has purchased. These manuals have been made under the
highest quality standard, the same process that was implemented for the creation of GOGA
PHOTOGRAPHY photographic sets. Therefore, by following the processes described in the manual,
as well as the use of the suggested materials, the Client will obtain the expected result.
FIFTH.- To request and purchase any photographic set offered at GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY, it will only
be through the following official page https://gogaphotography.com where you can select the set
of interest to the Client, and once the cost is accepted , the corresponding full payment must be
made. Once the payment is reflected, automatically, the client will be able to download the manual
they have selected in PDF format for their use.
SIXTH.- At GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY we have a single payment method, which will be through a credit
and/or debit card.
It is important to consider that all payments will cause VAT, the same amount that will be added to
the final price. The customer may request an invoice through the official website once the payment
has been generated, and up to the last day of the month in which the purchase was made.
SEVENTH.- The GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY manual consists of a series of instructions where the
essential aspects are compiled to achieve the assembly of a particular photographic set. The GOGA
PHOTOGRAPHY manual does NOT include material for the assembly and preparation of said set.
Thus, said manual will serve as a guide so that the Client has the necessary specifications and,
where appropriate, can independently prepare the photographic set.
The Client acknowledges that the product they are acquiring is solely and exclusively related to the
assembly of the photography set, therefore the Company is not responsible for the editing of
photographs, lighting of the set, or any other type of product other than the one it sells. . Due to
the foregoing, the Client acknowledges that when making his purchase, he will only be given the
set of instructions for assembling the set.
EIGHTH. – GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY is the sole owner of the intellectual property rights corresponding
to the manuals it markets, for which the Client acknowledges and accepts that by not misusing said
manuals, since they are the sole and exclusive property of GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY, it The latter will
take control of the Clients who have acquired the manuals, so their products are non-transferable
to third parties.
The Client accepts and acknowledges the following:
- You may only make personal use of the manual that you acquired through the official GOGA
PHOTOGRAPHY website and you may not share it with third parties or people outside of it. - You will not disclose or make known at any time, during or after having acquired the manual,
directly or indirectly to any person or company, any knowledge or information that you
have acquired from the manual. - Will not disclose, exploit, commercialize, reproduce or register the confidential information
in the manuals, since they are the absolute property of GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY, as well as
that information or data considered by GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY, including but not limited to,
such as industrial or commercial secrets, rights derived from any kind of industrial or
intellectual property, commercial information, as well as any other type of information that
is not in the public domain.
NINTH. – The manuals that GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY sells contain information regarding the process
and guide for the elaboration of the photographic sets, which will contain the information of the
measurements, and materials that must be used, however, it is important to mention that not all
materials are can be found at the national level, as there are some from the United States of
America. In the same way, the Client must consider that the manual was made in the year in which
GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY created said set in particular, so it may be the case that certain materials are
no longer for sale, due to the above , various material options are suggested for use on the set. On
the other hand, the costs of the materials necessary for the assembly of the photographic sets may
vary depending on the provider and for which GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY will not have any
responsibility and/or profit.
TENTH.- As previously mentioned, the GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY manuals contain the necessary
specifications so that through said guide the Client can carry out the set through from its suppliers
independently, however, it is the Customer’s responsibility to hire trained and specialized people
for each job. Due to the foregoing, GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY fully disclaims any type of responsibility
that may derive from the independent providers of each Client, from any situation derived from the
assembly of the photographic set, as well as from any set that has been assembled without
following the instructions. of the manual to the letter and/or have made any modification to the
process indicated in the manual.
ELEVENTH.- Once the corresponding payment has been made by the Client, changes and/or returns
will not be accepted regarding the purchase of the manuals offered by GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY, the
