EIGTH. – GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY is the sole owner of the intellectual property rights corresponding to the manuals it markets, for which the Client acknowledges and accepts that by not misusing said manuals, since they are the sole and exclusive property of GOGA PHOTOGRAPHY, it The latter will take control of the Clients who have acquired the manuals, so their products are non-transferable to third parties.

The Client accepts and acknowledges the following:
